FAQ
-
What kind of students do you work with?
I work with students at all stages of the prep school application process — from rising 6th graders starting their research to high school students refining essays and preparing for interviews. Every student is unique, and my approach is always personalized.
-
Do you guarantee admission to a particular school?
No consultant can guarantee admission — every school evaluates students differently. What I can do is help your child present their strengths authentically, craft standout essays, and prepare thoroughly for interviews.
-
How do I know which package to select?
If you’re unsure, we can start with a 60-minute Initial Consultation. From there, I’ll recommend either hourly support or a package that best fits your child’s needs and your family’s goals.
-
How much support do you provide for essays?
I provide structured feedback and guidance while keeping your child’s voice front and center. Packages typically include multiple rounds of essay review, brainstorming help, and fine-tuning so the application reflects the student’s true personality and strengths.
-
Can you help with interviews?
Absolutely. I offer mock interviews, feedback on responses, and strategies for confidence and poise so your child can connect naturally with admissions officers.
-
Can you help with families outside of New England?
Yes! Many families across the U.S. and internationally work with me via Zoom. All services can be delivered remotely without losing the personalized touch.
-
When should we start working with you?
The earlier, the better. Prep school applications involve planning, school research, essay development, and interview prep. Starting early gives your child the best chance to approach the process with confidence and clarity.
